Serenity Edge is designed so that your data never leaves the European Union and is not kept beyond the request.
Zero data retention
Prompts and completions are processed to serve the request and are not stored afterwards. They are not used to train models.
Data residency in Spain
Inference runs on Substrate AI’s own infrastructure in Valencia. Request data is not transferred outside the European Union for processing.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to the API is encrypted with TLS.
Operational metadata
We keep only the metadata needed for billing and abuse prevention, such as token counts and timestamps. It does not include request content.
Legal framework
Substrate Artificial Inteligence, S.A. is a Spanish company subject to the GDPR. The terms of service, privacy policy, data processing agreement and list of sub-processors are published in the documentation.
Contractual commitments
Service level agreements (SLAs) are established only under contract. If you need specific terms, get in touch.
